An early advocate of UNIX technology, he joined the Marketing Division to promote awareness and adoption of this operating environment within the business community. He has held sales management positions in a number of the industry’s most prestigious and well known IT companies throughout this period, including NCR, AT&T and IBM. His sales experience includes both direct and channel responsibilities and has served in regional, national and international sales roles. His background includes a wide variety of CRM and associated sales and customer service tools. He is trained in a number of sales and customer service methodologies including:* Eagle Account Management* Customer Focused Business Model* Miller Heiman Strategic Selling* SPI Solution SellingAs an independent consultant, Mr. Facchini began his work with the Internet in 1995, forming the Information & Technology Solutions Group (ITSG) which assisted clients in understanding the impact of the technology to their business. He published a white paper on the subject in 1996.After a 7 year sales and management career at IBM’s Software Division working with Small and Medium Business (SMB) clients and partners, he returned to his active consulting practice in 2003, evolving ITSG into the present day VirtualVantage Corporation. With over 25 years of experience in Consulting, Information Technology, Sales, Marketing and Customer Service, Mr. Facchini leads the VirtualVantage team to deliver solutions focused on CRM, Sales Automation, Web Conferencing and Team Collaboration. His background provides clients the capability of drawing upon real world experience with first hand knowledge and “lessons learned” in Sales, Marketing and Customer Service from industry leaders and technology companies.“Sales, marketing and customer service are the major underpinnings of any organization. Yet, too often they operate as separate entities with their own individual data sets or spreadsheets and underlying processes to manage customer contact and new business activities — they become individual islands of information. This leads to poor customer response, lost opportunities, and eventually, lost business. Our mission is to empower SMB’s with the tools they need to remain competitive and deliver superior customer service — and at a price point which makes e-Productivity a viable and affordable course of action. Large, Enterprise companies have had these tools for years. With recent advances in hardware and software technology, SMB’s of all sizes now have the ability to take advantage of these very same tools to win the competitive battle. It’s no longer a question of whether or not SMB’s should implement customer management solutions…..it’s only a matter deciding whether they lead, follow or get out of the way of the competition. ”- Joe FacchiniContact Joe Facchini at: Contact@VirtualVantage.ca |
